Travel tips / advice needed at Seoul destinations

good day everyone,

i am planning to travel to seoul next month(first time travel to South Korea), would like to know whether some of the travel destinations recommended are worth visiting given the short duration of time.

Your suggestion or comment is greatly appreciated.

1. ILSAN Lake Park

2. Jeongdongjin - to view the wide sea from the train station.

3. Unification Park (what can one see in this park?)

4. Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm

5. Everland. (how much entrance fee would that be?)

6. Fruit farm (strawberry, is it the season time now?)- near Odaesan, i supposed.

7. KyongBok Palace %26amp; President Blue House

8. Walker Hill Casino (was told there is cultural show performances)

9. KBS Studio %26amp; MBC studio

10. are those places mentioned above are far away from seoul?

Further, what would be the general weather condition for August?
