Hi, I am so used to the budget travels in SE Asia and I am a bit disappointed that I had a hard time finding cheap flights to South Korea from any SE Asia locations. I heard Cebu Pacific has something but their web site does not have details ... anybody know of any inexpensive way to go to South Korea?
Checked from couple of web sites, booked now for August would still be in the $1100 SGD range....

It depends where you are flying off from.. usually there are cheap flights but if you do not mind travelling like say singaopre via thailand to seoul, tickets can go as cheap as S$360 ( tax not included and subject to availability).Total time is about 9 to 10 hours. Or you can try singapore via KL to seoul. Direct flights are more expensive.

Malaysian airline will be offering their zero fare tickets, so maybe you can check out their website. Taxes and fuel charges are not included so sometimes the total price might JUST not be too attractive.. but lets see what they can offer this 21 May 2008 which is the start book date
