To show that all ATM cards don%26#39;t work everywhere, I know for a fact that an ATM card from the U.S. (that is not a debit card, and not a credit card) does NOT work in So. Korea. The only way you can use an ATM card from U.S. (not credit, not debit)is to have a Citibank savings/checking account and then use the ATM card from that account at a Citibank bank there to get cash.
As you are doing, you%26#39;ll want to do very specific research to be sure if a credit card will work at an ATM to get cash, or a debit card will work at an ATM to get cash, so good that you are asking specific questions.
...yes still seems to a bit foggy, its a uk debit card and the bank says it should work at anyplace showing the %26#39;visa%26#39; sign, but that doesn%26#39;t seem to be the case...the quest goes on...thanks
