Visa to enter South Korea for 15 days?

Hello!

As I found from a website (www.vietnamsunrisetravel.com/vietnam-visa)

';No Vietnam entry visa required for travel less than 15 days: Citizens of Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.';

So does a Vietnamese need a visa if he/she travels to South Korea for less than 15 days?

I don%26#39;t think Vietnam is on the Visa exemption list with South Korea.. you can check this site for more information:
