Jeju Island - Is it worth a visit?

I am going to Korea for the 1st time with a family of 4 and wants to know if Jeju Island is worth visiting with children aged 9 and 11. Is there anything that I shouldn%26#39;t miss in Korea. I* am joing a package tour to Korea and if I choose Jeju Island, it%26#39;s an extra $200 per person to visit. Just wondering if it%26#39;s worth spending that much money for he 5 of us. Any advise is good. Thanks

it%26#39;s worthwhile, but probably will take a lot of time -flying there and back.

Depends on what else you%26#39;d be doing instead to be honest.

we heve been there with our 2 kids ,it was great ,you can do lott of thing ,very nice nature /mountains ,waterfalls,caves/and nice beach ,kids can do some horse riding tours .

is very different than rest of korea . we have been in jeju lotte hotel,that have great show in the evening,

i cant tell of it is worth that money ,but we loved it .

If its the season for flowers, yes. visit Jeju. :)

Its tough climbing up the stairs of the %26#39;highest%26#39; mountain in Korea (Jeju) during winter season in korea. because of all the heavy boots and heavy clothings. lol.
