Budget Airline from Seoul to Tokyo?

Hi Trip advisors!

Me n my wife are planning to visit Tokyo for 11 days next year. We would probably wana do 3 - 4 days in Seoul before spending d rest of days in Tokyo. Was wondering which budget airline should we take to Tokyo. Our travel destination would be as follow :

Penang, Malaysia (Our country) -%26gt; Seoul, Korea -%26gt; Tokyo, Japan -%26gt; Penang, Malaysia

In this case, our flight from Seoul to Tokyo would be a one way trip. I found %26#39;TOO%26#39; many budget airlines (both from Korea %26amp; Japan) operating on this route and I%26#39;m a bit confused on which to choose from. Please Help! Thanks in advance!!
