Hi,
I have 2 kids age 5 %26amp; 7,
Which theme parks is better.
And how far are they from downtown Seoul.
Thanks
Began
lotte World %26amp; Everland
Lotte world is located in downtown Seoul. Everland is about 1 hour by bus.
Everland is bigger and has a zoo, gallery and waterpark as well as amusement park. Lotter world is indoor amusement park. Which one is better? It depends. If weather is not ideal for picnick or you have just a couple of hours to spend, lotte world will be better. Otherwise, Everland is way interesting place. But Lette world is also great for unique indoor park, ice rink and adjacent large shoping complex.
lotte World %26amp; Everland
Everland is an outdoor, on a much larger scale with beautiful manicured gardens, mini zoos, fantastic rides and there is a section of milder rides for your children age but it%26#39;s further to travel about 1 hour from the city. It%26#39;s located over 3 levels on the mountains.
Lotte World is average in size, has an indoor and outdoor theme parks. I have 2 children aged 11 and 9 and we all prefer Lotte World because it%26#39;s easy to cover the park in a short time, less Qs and it%26#39;s right in the city. Our hotel was just next door so it makes it easier when you have kids.
There is also a water themepark if you are interested (blue Canyon Resort). Lots of water slides and beautiful pool. Hope this helps
I prefer Lotto World generally. You can choose to play in the indoor or outdoor part according to the weather. Very manageable with small kids. Lots of rids but may have to queue for half to one hour.
Everland is covers a large area and mainly outdoor, need to walk a lot. The pros are firework is pretty good as they are directly above us, and there is also a waterworld (indoor %26amp; outdoor) next to Everland.
We just got back from Seoul on Sunday - 19 October. We visited Lotte World with my 12 year old son and he finds it awesome. We were at Euro Disneyland too a week earlier. We had enough of walking and opt for this smaller theme park.
With your 2 kids, I think it is more manageable as the park caters quite well for smaller kids and not too far to walk for each ride. The day we were there and it was a Friday, there were lots of school kids and the queue for all the rides was up to 1 hour+ of wait time.
