Clothing for winter season

My husband is coming to Seoul on the 31st Oct.08

What is the weather like.? Is it winter and is it true that bedding and other stuff is very expensive in Korea?

What do you suggest he takes with for the winter season and how long does the seasons last? He will be staying for a year.

October is still Autumn so it%26#39;s nice in the day but cool in the nite. You need long sleeve and pants in the night if you go out with a jacket.
