Is it advisable to go to Everland during winter, from Dec 20th or Lotte World?

If you can brave the cold weather, than go for Everland. I think they may put up huge special Christmas display around the time you visit.

Everland is impressive! Growing up in South Florida I am very used to Disney World. I thought that Everland definitely gave it a run for it%26#39;s money! Lotte World is cool too they do a big to-do around Xmas. It%26#39;s indoors but they make fake snow and it%26#39;s great! I think you are right to do both! Have fun!
