Hi, I%26#39;ve just asked a friend to book for me a flight ticket from Jeju Air and I received an email of ';Purchase Receipt'; from their reservation center. The Purchase Receipt looks like the normal E-Ticket except that it doesn%26#39;t have the flight timing. As my friend is already out of the country, I just want to know if anyone of you have any experience booking Jeju Air ticket from the internet and is your ticket also without the flight timing? I could not find any email address on their website.
Thanks.
Jeju Air Ticket
I don鈥檛 have any experience about booking Jeju Air ticket.
I guess that is a Purchase Receipt for transaction, not E-Ticket Receipt. It is usual that they probably sent you E-ticket and Purchase Recipt separately by email.
If your flight is reserved under your exact name(on your passport), you don鈥檛 need to worry about it.
You probably are able to receive boarding pass at airport(with passport) without E-ticket.
Unfortunately Jeju Air has only Korean Website.
If you鈥檙e worry about that, call them when you come to Korea. The number is 1599-1500 or 1599-2626.
Jeju Air Ticket
JJ, once again thanks!
Hi JJ, I need your assistance again. I realized that my ticket is not in my full name as per passport. Only partial name. I tried to contact Jeju Air with the number you provided but the first number is no longer in service while the second number has connection problem. I%26#39;m suppose to dial 0082 in front right? Do they have any other service number that I can call? Do you know if they will give a full refund if I cancel my ticket? Gosh! I really learnt my lesson. I rather pay extra few hundreds to fly on Korean Air next time.
I think those numbers are available in Korea, but the lines are continuously busy and I can%26#39;t get through, I鈥檓 not sure, but those numbers are unavailable from aborad.
I don鈥檛 know how to call from your country, but Korea鈥檚 country code is +82.
The other number is 070-7420-1000, 070-7420-1004 from 9:00 to 17:00 KST.
This week and next week are probably highly peak season in Korea, so do Jeju...
So lines are busy, especially for flight reservation.
Otherwise, please let me know your reservation info. by my email. I鈥檒l call them in stead of you.
Hi JJ, thanks so much for your kind asssistance. I%26#39;ll try again, maybe after the peak season. My flight is in mid Sept so I still have some time.
