Hi folks, I would like to know when is the best not-so-cold time to go Seoul.. early december or early March? will i be able to see some flowers in early March? is it possible that due to global warming, autumn might extend a bit later into early december?

Basically, not so much difference between early Dec and early Mar. You may not be able to see flowers in early Mar.
It is true that Korea is also affected by global warming, but at the same time, it gets harder and harder to predict what actual weather will be like at a certain time of the year.
