Good ski resorts

Hi

Have planned a trip to Seoul from Christmas to end of 2008 for my kids to experience snow and cold...can anyone recommend a good ski resort which is children friendly and also with other things or activities to do for those family members who are not so brave? The websites are usually not of much help and not much information available....

Would appreciate

Good ski resorts

I would recommend ';YongPyong ski resort';, ';Highone ski resort';, ';Phoenixpark ski resort';, which recently opened the water park, and ';Vivaldi park'; that already runs water park. There are other ski resorts near Seoul, but above resorts are all great in facilities, safety and family activities.

Check out the english website of those resort, which will help you out.

Hi. May I know roughly how long it takes to go to YongPyong Resort?

It takes around 2~2.5 hours by car from Seoul.

Thanks JJKorea. =)

Is YongPyong the nearest ski resort to Seoul? I%26#39;ll be staying in Seoul this December and my friends and I would like to find a nice ski resort that is not too far from Seoul (minimise travelling time =P). Any recommendations?

Saw Muju Resorts but not too sure if it%26#39;s easily accesible if we are travelling on our own.

Hi nickypoops

Hi Alex

We paid about $1250 including taxes with SQ... we even paid in June to lock in prices as surcharges kept increasing....
