early dec or march - when is best time in seoul?

Hi, I would like to know when is the best not-so-cold time to go Seoul.. early december or early March? will i be able to see some flowers in early March? is it possible that due to global warming, autumn might extend a bit later into early december? unfortunately I%26#39;m only able to go during these two periods so pls advise! thanks!

Weather-wise, the best time to visit Korea would be in October or May. However, if you must choose between those two, I would recommend early March.

I would vote for early March. It is not the best time of the year to visit Korea. It will be still quite cold. December is colder, though.
