thoang86, I don%26#39;t think your budget is reasonable given that Gangnam area is most expansive area in Seoul. This area is not as tourist friendly as Myeong-dong or Insa-dong, so you won%26#39;t find many budget hotels with English speaking staffs here. Of course there are plenty of luxury hotels in this area. Either increase your budget or stay in Gangbuk area where are plenty of guest houses within your budget then travel to your clinic via subways. I rode sudbway from City hall station to Samsung station, and it took me about 25 mins. Or you can splurge and ride taxi since Korean currency has fallen rapidly against dollar recently.
