Teaching in South Korea

Hello everyone. My sister from Canada has recently been offered a teaching job in Ulsan. I was just wondering in general if it is a good place to live, and if the experience would be similar to other cities like Seoul. I%26#39;ve read a few descriptions that kind of put the city in a negative light, I was trying to wonder if there%26#39;s any truth to that.
