Stay at airport or in Seoul?

I will be arriving at 9:30 PM after a 17 hour flight. My flight leaves the following day at 6:30PM. Do I stay at an airport hotel for the night and travel into Seoul in the AM, using my room to keep my luggage or do I spend the night in Seoul? I would like to do visit a market or two in the AM. I keep reading how awful the traffic is and I really don%26#39;t want to miss my flight. I am presently at the Hyatt Incheon but could change to the Grand Hyatt in Seoul. Where to stay and what markets to shop?

I suggest you stay in Seoul. There is not much traffic around 11:00 when you would arrive in Grand Hyatt, which has a very night view. Namdaemun market opens early in the morning, so you could try there and Insadong as well. If you have spare time after spending some time in those places, you could visit Gyoungbok-gung. Those places are close each other.

Leave for the airport around 2:00 PM, then you won%26#39;t miss your flight. If you don%26#39;t mind tight schedule, it would not be bad. Enjoy yourself in Seoul!

Sorry if this is too late...but I would stay at the airport it makes more sense since you can sleep as soon as you get there and you can leave your luggage until you leave. Also the subway is great it only takes about 40min if you know and an 1hr if you have to learn from Incheon to Seoul near the markets.
