Can I check if it%26#39;s advisable to go to Seoul around end Feb or early Mar ?

Is it still snowing or very cold ?

Are all the attractions available during this period ?

Guess either end Feb or early Mar will be almost the same.

Little chances of snow during the period, but it may be still cold, especially if you%26#39;re from Singapore.

What kind of attaractions do you mean? If you%26#39;re coming for skiing, it will be almost the end of the season.

I%26#39;m refering to attractions like museums, palaces, DMZ, Panmunjeom, markets, etc.

Will these be closed during the winter/spring period ?

Pretty sure all the museums, palaces and markets are open throughout the year.

Guess DMZ and Panmunjeom will be the same, but not 100% sure.
