Although December won%26#39;t be as cold as in January, but Yongpyong is in Gangwon-do, coldest province in S. Korea, plus it%26#39;s on high mountain, so be prepare for sub 0 weather. For your kids, please pack thermal inner-wears, (naebok in Korean), wool scarves, ear muff and hat, water proof gloves and boots (so snow won%26#39;t seep in their hands or feet) and coat that will insulate from cold winds and snow. Also bring sunscreen, you will be surprised how it is quite easy to get sunburn from all sun-rays that get reflected by white snow.
Enjoy snow fighting!
