We are flying JFK - Seoul - Beijing later this month on Korean Air. There will be about a 5 hour layover in Seoul between flights. Is that enough time to check into the transit hotel for a shower and perhaps a couple of hours of sleep in a bed? We flew through Incheon, also on Korena Air, to Bangkok a few years ago but I can%26#39;t remember if we had to clear customs and or a transfer desk if the continuing flight is with same airline.
Any suggestions.
Airport layover in Seoul
i%26#39;m thinking about booking a flight that has a 12 hour layover in Seoul Inchon airport. Did you find something to do during your layover?
Airport layover in Seoul
Did you have enough time to check into the transit hotel? I%26#39;ll be flying the same route in November and would like to avoid 5 hours of sitting in the airport after a 14 hour flight.
We also flew Korean air from JFK to Bangkok last year with a layover in Seoul. As I remember, there was not customs to go through - you walked off the plane and directly into their international terminal.
There is a transit hotel at the airport.

The rooms are sold in 6 hour blocks.
